About 

COMING HOME TO YOURSELF is a 6 month group immersion, consisting of 2 full day in person events in West Cork as well as 22 weekly Zoom sessions for a closed group of participants.

At the end of the program, there will be an option to attend a residential retreat to deepen and integrate the teachings and transformations of the program

 

The 2023/2024 "Coming Home To Yourself" program just recently completed.

There will be a new program starting end of 2024/beginning of 2025 

The program moves through 10 different stages and themes, looking and working through each theme once through the modality of therapeutic self-reflection and self-discovery as well as through the modalities of embodied practice and spiritual/philosophical understanding.

The beauty of this program is that it allows us to take a very wholesome and holistic approach to different aspects of our being, combining western psychological and psychotherapeutic understanding with eastern and indigenous philosophies and practices

The 10 modules of self-discovery, healing, and transformation that the program moves through are:

 

1.) Taking stock of the present moment: What is present right now in my life, what serves me, and what are the patterns/experiences and behaviors that are in the way of me feeling at peace and at home in myself

 

2.) Soul purpose: What is my soul's biggest longing, what is my purpose in this life, and what is my soul still longing to do?

 

3.) Patterns of the Past: Looking at my story and identifying the patterns and dynamics that once helped me through difficult times (but may not be helpful anymore)

 

4.) Meeting the Shadow: Understanding the shadows and allowing them to be seen and understood

 

5.) Opening the Heart: Moving from contraction (fear) to open-heartedness and trust (love)

 

6.) Wounds and Trauma: Understanding the nature of our wounding and trauma and how it might still be influencing our thoughts, feelings, and reactions in the present moment

 

7.) Self-Compassion and Self-Care: Exploring a kinder, more loving, and compassionate way to meet ourselves and our surroundings

 

8.) Body, Sex, and Intimacy: What is my relationship to my body, emotional, and physical intimacy?

 

9.) Relationships How do I show up in relationships, what are my relationship patterns and how can I maintain a healthy relationship with myself while being in relationships with others?

 

10.) Letting Go and Surrender: What are the parts of me that no longer serve me and I am wholeheartedly ready and willing to let go of? What holds me back? What sets me free ?

The program includes:

 

2 full day (in person) events in West Cork 

&

22 weekly Zoom meetings 

 

 

Cost: 900 Euros

(can be paid in 3 instalments of 300 Euros)

What to expect from the program: 

– A safe space to be seen, heard, and held in all aspects of your being

– Support and guidance through deep self-inquiry and self-discovery

– Nourishment and care for your heart, soul, mind, and body

– Development of a daily spiritual practice (or deepening of an already 

   existing daily practice)

– Deeper connection to your body, especially your womb - and heart- 

   space through gentle yoga practices

– Learning to connect to your life force/ life energy (prana) 

   through pranayama (breath awareness) and meditation

– introduction to bhakti yoga (devotional yoga practice) through mantra, 

   chant and stories

– Deep connection to other women, forming a sisterhood and long lasting

   friendships

– Releasing yourself from patterns, behaviours and ways of being that no

    longer serve you on your way forward

– Coming home to yourself

Modalities used throughout the in-person events and Zoom sessions:

– Group therapy processing / therapeutic inquiry
– Sharing Circles / Listening from the Heart
– Different Yoga practices (gentle hatha yoga,womb yoga,
   yoga nidra, restorative yoga)
– Pranayama and meditation
– Journaling and self inquiry invitations
– Sound healing / sound bath
– Shamanic Journeying
– Cacao ceremony
– Music, movement, and dance
– Mantra and Sacred song
– Wisdom teachings

Before each Zoom session, participants will be emailed journaling and self inquiry prompts and questions.
Participants will also receive recordings of practices (such as meditations, mantras, pranayama, etc) throughout the program to support their home practice.
